I am a freelance visual designer based in Melbourne that has a passion for branding and narrative. I currently study Media and Communication at Swinburne University, and would like to work in the realm Social Media once I have graduated. I like engaging with people from a variety of backgrounds and exchanging ideas or information to build fresh, inventive solutions. My greatest sources of inspiration are often the people and things I encounter every day. I take tremendous pleasure in my work and ensure that it has a good influence or effect at all times.From a young age, I was fascinated by visual story telling. During the times where I feel sluggish, I enjoy hitting the gym, streaming on Twitch, and expressing myself through design related content on Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok. Through my work and portfolio, I hope to bring content that is helpful and inspirational to others.

By ordering from me, you have agreed to the terms of service listed below.
Statements are subject to change if discussed with me (Uvaei) prior to ordering.1. Payment:
- a) A 50% down-payment must be paid in order to secure your place in queue. Work will not begin unless payment has been received. Orders for Graphics must be paid in full. Orders that are below $50 USD must be paid in full.- b) Payment will only be accepted through Paypal (international clients) [Note: Friends & Family method], or Bank transfer (AU clients). Paypal personal accounts are required, not business accounts.- c) I only accept payment in currencies USD (international) or AUD (AU clients)- d) A 50% refund of the total price will be issued if the client requests to cancel their commission before I have begun working on it.- e) A refund will not be issued if the client requests to cancel their commission when progress has already begun.- f) I reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel a commission at any time due to inappropriate or rude behavior. The client will not be refunded.2. Ordering:
- a) Orders must include as much detail as possible in the order form. Please provide reference picture link(s), and details on what you want in your graphic/overlay/video/commission, etc.- b) I, the artist, am unable to help you come up with ideas for piece(s). Please only inquire when you have a rough idea of what you want.- c) I will not include hentai, or graphics/art that convey toxic/hateful/harmful messages.3. Progress:
- a) Please allow 1-2 weeks max for commissioned work. Turnaround times may vary depending on the current queue and complexity of piece. You will be given an estimated time-for-completion or date.- b) Other factors that may influence time for completion include: health of the artist, and/or personal issues.- c) The client will be notified immediately if any of the influences above have occurred.- d) Rushed orders will have an extra charge.

4. Customer Satisfaction:
- a) I will do my best to ensure that my clients receive the highest quality pieces, and are satisfied with my work.- b) There will only be 2 revisions (per element piece) available. Any further revisions will be an added $5 USD OR $6 AUD- c) After a commission is completed, minor changes are able to be made. This is only for graphic design orders.- d) Any sizable changes where I am required to add/subtract or re-edit a piece completely will incur additional charges. This includes significant changes such as: re-render, element addition or subtraction, and/or concept changes.5. Usage and Copyright Policy:
- a) I, the artist, have every right to use all pieces/artwork made by me for my own personal use- not the client. I may use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself and/or to post anywhere.- b) All pieces are for non-commercial use, unless stated otherwise. You cannot make merchandise off these pieces unless we've spoken beforehand in regards to royalties and/or buying of rights.- c) Client rights include:
Use copyrighted artwork for Twitch, Youtube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Use the art to promote themselves (credit is not required, but greatly appreciated.)- Copyright Infringement falls under:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted piece(s) commercially. (Making money off my piece(s) in any way, aside from social media subscriptions. Please refer to 5b)
Taking credit for the creation of the piece/artwork.
Removing any watermarks and/or signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.- d) If the client would like to use the artwork for commercial use, they must discuss it with me, the artist. This will allow you to have full rights to sell and/or use the art commercially.WARNING: Failure to follow these terms of use may result in further action being taken against the content and/or user/client that has failed to follow these terms of use WITHOUT warning.
